• 30-day bug fix guarantee on all new websites

• 100% satisfaction guarantee - we'll fix issues or provide refund

• Websites tested across major browsers and devices

• No guarantee of specific search engine rankings

• Our liability limited to the total project cost

• Not responsible for third-party service failures

• Client responsible for regular backups post-delivery

• Force majeure events exclude liability

• Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice

• Client pays for work completed up to termination date
